Why meditation can help

Anxious thoughts pull you in fast. Before you know it, you鈥檙e three worries deep.

Meditation trains a different skill: seeing a thought as a thought, not an order. That little bit of space makes it easier to choose how you respond.

Research on mindfulness suggests regular practice can help many people with stress and anxiety. Short and regular tends to beat long and rare.

  • Builds space between you and anxious thoughts
  • Brings attention back to the present
  • Works best as a daily habit
