A calmer way to end the day

You’re tired, but your mind won’t stop. You replay the day and worry about tomorrow. This kind of overthinking is common with anxiety.

Sleep sessions are guided audio made for bedtime. Press play, put your phone down, and follow a calm voice toward rest.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Open Sleep

On Home, go to Feel Better Daily and tap Sleep.

  2. Step 2: Choose a session

Each one shows its title, length and who guides it.

  3. Step 3: Listen to the Therapist Voice

Hear a short sample, so you know the voice feels right.

  4. Step 4: Tap PLAY NOW

Check in from 1 (Panic) to 10 (Calm), then settle in.

  5. Step 5: Listen

The audio keeps playing with your screen locked, with controls on your lock screen.

  6. Step 6: MARK AS COMPLETED

Then check in again and see how you feel.

Why guided sleep audio can help

At night there’s less to distract you, so worries get more room. Your body stays alert, and sleep feels far away.

A guided session gives your mind something gentle to follow instead of the worry. Slow pacing and a calm voice help your body shift toward rest. Techniques like progressive muscle relaxation can help release tension too.

A regular wind-down routine can also teach your brain that bedtime is for settling. Some people add a few lines in the gratitude journal first.

  • Gives racing thoughts somewhere else to go
  • Helps your body relax toward sleep
  • Builds a steady bedtime routine

Questions about sleep and anxiety

Why is my anxiety worse at night?

There are fewer distractions, so worries take center stage. Being tired can also make anxious thoughts feel bigger.

Can an app help me sleep with anxiety?

It can’t promise sleep, but guided audio helps many people relax and quiet racing thoughts, which makes sleep easier to reach.

Are the sleep sessions free?

The sleep sessions are part of Premium, which starts with a free trial: 7 days on the monthly plan, 14 days on the yearly plan. Free forever in the app: SOS panic relief, the CBT Thought Journal and Anxiety University.

Can I fall asleep while it plays?

Yes, that’s the idea. Each session has a set length, and it plays with your screen locked.

What’s the difference between sleep, hypnosis and meditation sessions?

Sleep sessions are made for bedtime. Hypnosis focuses on deep relaxation any time of day. Meditation helps you notice thoughts without getting pulled in.

When should I see a doctor about sleep?

If poor sleep lasts for weeks, or you feel exhausted during the day, talk to your doctor.
